Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for non-customized and non-personalized items.

A restocking fee of $15  for non-personalized and non-customized items.

​

For customized and personalized items, we are unable to accept returns. Please proofread your e-proofs and check for errors or omissions before you approve them.

Your purchase can be canceled before the artwork is approved. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to offset the time taken to make your proofs.
